Sometimes we feel happy. Sometimes we feel sad. Sometimes we feel angry, or hurt, or fearful. Sometimes we feel love. It's okay to feel all of these emotions. You can express how you feel by drawing.

Your Turn Draw how you feel.

  1. Think of how you are feeling right now: happy, sad, angry, hurt, fearful, or loving. Or maybe you are feeling a different way. However you feel is okay.
  2. Draw a picture of how you feel. You can draw yourself with an expression. Or you can draw something that makes you feel that way. Or you can draw anything that expresses your feelings.
  3. Think about your drawing. How do you feel now?
